Experience
Nearly all of my career has been at Elder Research, an analytics and data science consultancy — the exception a 2012 summer at Intel. The path ran from software engineering into data engineering and then into leadership, without ever leaving the work of building.

- Lead a client automation initiative that has reclaimed 200,000 hours over two years, improving efficiency company-wide.
- Built a pipeline monitoring framework on PySpark and Delta Lake that enables self-healing pipelines with 90% less code.
